It became clear that indeed more than 1000 “dogtown” dogs have been killed by ASPA. But most of them have been killed during the last weeks with out public notice. Dogs remotely adopted or hosted have to be removed ASAP and the adoptors have to pay an “adoption fee” of 25€ for their “own” dogs.

Es wurde klar, daß wirklich mehr als 1000 “Dogtown” Hunde durch die ASPA getötet wurden. Aber die meisten wurde während der letzten Wochen bereits unbemerkt getötet. Fernadoptierte oder unterbrachte Hunde müssen SCHNELLSMÖGLICHST herausgeholt werden und die Adoptanten müssen eine “Adoptionsgebühr” von 25€ für ihre “eigenen” Hunde bezahlen.

Update 22.11.2014: Massentötung der Dogtown Hunde

Dogtown, the shelter of the son of Bucharests major Sorin Oprescu has asked ASPA (organisation driven by the best friend of this son, Razvan Bancescu) to pick up 170 dogs today. This dogs have been brought to the Bragadiru kill shelter using 11 ASPA VANS for “adoption or euthanasy”. Dogtowns statement: Not enough funds to care and purchase food for all of them. According to eyewitnesses employees of the Dogtown shelter have been crying and were not able to support the loading the dogs and complaint about the decision. ASPA dogcatchers have transferred the dogs from the kennels into the vans.

Sources state that 1600 dogs are in the Dogtown shelter at the moment and only 500 have got remote adoptors. That would mean the

death sentence for 1100 dogs!

Dogtown, das Tierheim des Sohnes von Bukarests Bürgermeister Sorin Oprescu, hat ASPA gebeten (die Organisation, die der beste Freund dieses Sohnes, Razvan Bancescu, leitet) 170 Hunde heute abzuholen. Diese Hunde wurden mit 11 ASPA FAHRZEUGEN in das Tötungslager Bragadiru für “Adoption oder Euthanasie” gebracht. Dogtowns erklärung: Nicht genug Spenden, um alle zu versorgen und zu füttern. Nach Augenzeugenberichten waren die Angestellten/Pfleger des Dogtown vor Tränen nicht in der Lage, die Hunde zu verladen und beschwerten sich über die Entscheidung. ASPA Hundefänger übernahmen also die Verladung in die Fahrzeuge.

Quellen sprechen von 1600 Hunden in diesem Shelter aktuell und nur 500 haben Fernadoptionsverträge. Das würde bedeuten
