Anstatt die Verantwortung für die Tierquälerei zu übernehmen, die die eigenen Angestellten begehen, hat ASPA Koordinator Razvan Bancescu eine Reihe die Rechte der Tierfreunde verletzende Regeln vorgestellt. Dieser Entwurf muss noch durch den Stadtrat von Bukarest genehmigt werden. Falls sie bestätigt werden, wird jede Form von Widerstand oder Aktion gegen die ASPA Hundefänger, egal wie legal diese sich verhalten, mit ungefähr 1000 Euro bestraft.
Die neuen Steuern, einen Hund herauszuholen von einem Public Shelter werden ca. 60 Euro betragen. Dieselbe Summe fällt an, wenn man einen Hund in einem der ASPA Shelter fernadoptieren möchte. VIER PFOTEN betont, daß diese Summen für Rumänen nicht aufzubringen sind und weitere Adoptionen damit fast unmöglich gemacht werden.

ENGLISH: Instead of taking responsibility for the horrible cruelties perpetrated by its employees, ASPA coordinator Razvan Bancescu presented a new set of abusive rules against the animal lovers or owners. According to a proposal to be approved by the Bucharest city hall council, the animal lovers that tries to obstruct any action of ASPA catchers (no matter of the legality of the methods they use) will be fined with almost 1000 euros. The new tax for revendicating a dog from public pound will be around 60 euros, and the same amount will be payed monthly for a distance adoption. VIER PFOTEN underlines that these sums are prohibitive for Romanians and will deter any further adoptions.
